    1. Meanings

      In these Terms & Conditions, these particular expressions have the following meanings:
      • Airpaz, "We", "our", "ourselves", "us" means Airpaz Company
      • "Baggage" means your personal property accompanying you in connection with your trip. Unless otherwise specified, it includes both your checked and unchecked baggage
      • "Direct" means any flight between two points by an airline with no change in flight numbers, which may include a stop at an intermediate point
      • "Itinerary", “Travel Itinerary” means the document we issued to passengers that includes the their name, flights information, booking code, conditions of contract, and notices
      • "Passenger", "you", "your", "yourself" means any person, carried or to be carried in an aircraft
      • "Seat" means a seat in aircraft
      • "Ticket" means the itinerary by us or on our behalf and including the conditions of contract and notices contained in it
      • "Terms & Conditions" means the terms and conditions of respected airlines
      • "Transit” means flight transfer services for flights purchased under a single itinerary wherein the arrival of the first flight and the departure of the subsequent flight is within the connecting time
      • "Website" means the internet site www.airpaz.com provided by us for the purpose of you making online bookings and to access information about us

      The title or caption of each article of these Terms & Conditions is for convenience only and is not to be used for interpretation of the text.
    1. General

      These Terms & Conditions apply to the carriage by air or by other means of transportation including surface transportation of Passengers and Baggage performed by us or on our behalf and to any liability we may have in relation to that carriage and transportation.
    2. Terms & Conditions Prevail

      Except as provided in these Terms & Conditions, in the event of inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and our Conditions of Contract or any other regulations we may have dealing with particular subjects, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
    3. Language

      The language of these Terms & Conditions is English and even though there may be translations of these Terms & Conditions in other languages, English shall be the sole language used in the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.
    1. Evidence Of Contract

      The Itinerary, these Terms & Conditions and our Conditions of Contract (including applicable price) together constitute the terms and conditions of the contract of carriage between you and us.
    2. Transferability

      The contract for carriage is only transferable as provided in these Terms & Conditions and our Conditions of Contract.
    3. Validity

      The Itinerary is only valid for the Passenger named and the flight specified therein.
    4. Identity

      We will provide carriage only to the Passenger named in the intinerary. You will be required to produce appropriate identification at check-in.
    1. General

      Fares apply only to carriage from the airport at the point of origin to the airport at the point of destination. Fares exclude ground transport services between airports and between airports and town terminals unless otherwise specifically stated by us. We shall not be responsible to you for any connecting flights. We shall not be liable to you for your failure to meet any connecting flights. If you have purchased our 1 Stops product in our website, the relevant terms governing 1 Stop in these Terms and Conditions shall apply. If you have purchased a 1 Stop involving more than one participating airline, you shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions of Carriage of each respective airline.
    2. Infants

      Airpaz provides ticket for infants if you do a flight together with infant. The fees for infants are subjected by airlines' terms and conditions. No perambulators are allowed on board the aircraft. The number of infants is limited per flight due to safety regulations and as such, there may be a possibility that airlines may not be able to accommodate your request to carry infants with you.
    3. Government Taxes, Charges and Insurance Surcharge

      Any government taxes, charges or insurance surcharge imposed on air travel by the Government, relevant authority or the airport operator in respect of your use of any of our services or facilities will be in addition to our fares, administration fees and charges and shall be borne by you, unless otherwise specifically stated by us. Such government taxes, charges and insurance surcharge imposed on air travel may change from time to time and can be imposed even after the date that your booking has been confirmed. You shall nevertheless bear such government taxes, charges or insurance surcharge as and when they fall due prior to departure.
    4. Currency

      Fares and charges are payable in the currency prescribed with our published fares unless otherwise specifically stated by airlines. We provide fare listings in many currencies, but We only support a certain number of booking currencies. The currency in which you will be charged is listed before you book on payment method section. If you pay in a currency that’s different from the currency of payment method, your payment company (Your credit or bank card issuer) or third-party payment processor, may apply a currency conversion rate or fees to your payment. Please contact your provider for information on what rates and fees may apply, as these are not controlled by or known to Airpaz.
    5. Accuracy

      All fares, prices, flight schedules, routes published, pre-booked products and services are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
    6. Applicable Fares

      Applicable fares are those published on our website www.airpaz.com whether electronically or by way of other medium. Fares may exclude administration fees, service charges and other charges unless otherwise specifically stated by airlines.
    1. Confirmation of Booking, Flight Changes, and Cancellation

      Upon receiving your full payment, we will proceed to issue your booking and can't be cancelled or can not refundable for any reason except the airlines cancel the flights.
      • All reservation can be checked online using Manage Booking tools manage booking , successful booking and payment will sent to your email and SMS, or You can access Manage Booking to view your e-ticket. To prevent double booking ( 2 bookings with same details ) please make sure to check booking status before proceed to re-book. All Double booking or duplicate reservation refund policy are subject to airlines refund policy.
      • Passengers may contact our customer service http://www.airpaz.com/en/contact to change or cancel the flight. All changes are subject to availability, limitations and restrictions of the relevant airline
      • The refundable portion of your purchase price (if any) will be refunded to passenger and to the extent we are refunded by the Supplier, Airpaz shall pass this refund onto you
      • If the passenger want to cancel or change booking , the payment card fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable
      • If the cancellation means that the Supplier charges a cancellation charge (which in some cases can be 100% of the booking value) or if the change means that the cost of your booking has increased (if, for example, you wish to upgrade to a more expensive flight), you will need to pay such extra charges or costs in addition to airlines charges set out
      • If you wish to change or cancel any part of your booking, an Airpaz’s administration fee will apply
      • The cancellation and amendment terms of low cost flights are the applicable terms of the airline. You should contact the airline direct to cancel or make amendments to low cost flights. Usually fares for low cost flights are non-refundable. In the event that you decide to cancel your low cost flight, our booking fee and any amendment charges are non-refundable
      • We do not provide the insurance inside our ticket, but if you want to cover your fligh with the insurance, you may contact us. If the reason for your cancellation is covered by the terms of any insurance policy you have purchased, you may be able to reclaim any applicable non-refunded fares or cancellation charges from the insurers
    2. Name Changes

      Once a booking number has been issued, you are not allowed to substitute the passenger named in the confirmed booking with another passenger’s name. Or you need to call the airlines directly.
    3. Payment

      Fares must be paid in full when a booking is made. In the event that the fare has not been paid in full for any reason whatsoever, we reserve the right to cancel the booking
    4. Government imposed taxes, fees and charges

      The price of your flight may include taxes, fees and charges which are imposed on air transportation by government authorities. They may represent a significant portion of the cost of air travel and are either included in the fare or shown separately on your ticket. You may also be required to pay taxes or fees or other charges not already collected, for example, it is not always possible to include all departure taxes on your ticket(s). In some cases departure taxes must be paid by you locally to the Government of the country you are departing from and are therefore non-refundable by airlines.
    5. Personal Data

      You hereby acknowledge and agree that your personal data has been given to airpaz for the purposes of making bookings for carriage and providing you with confirmation of that booking, providing and developing ancillary services and facilities, facilitating immigration and entry procedures, accounting, billing and auditing, checking credit or other payment cards, security, administrative and legal purposes, credit card issuance, systems testing, maintenance and development, statistical analysis, and helping airpaz in any future dealings with you. For these purposes, by entering into a contract of carriage with us you authorize us to retain and use your personal data and to transmit it to our own offices, authorized agents no swand third party business associates, government agencies, other carriers or the providers of the services mentioned above.
    6. Seat requests

      Airpaz doesn't have any control over the airlines' allocation of seats and so, if passenger have particular seat requests, you should check-in at the airport as early as possible. Airpaz cannot guarantee that these requests will be met.
    7. Ticket Refund Request

      Tickets refund request will be accepted based on airline policy. After your request has been accepted by the airlines , we'll give you a voucher that you can use for the next purchase on our website on www.airpaz.com. Voucher will be valid within 1 years and can only be used one time with no remaining value after its use. There is no refund will be accepted for any mistakes during reservation.
    8. Direct Flight

      The Flight is directly taken from Departure Destination to Arrival Destination without causing passenger to have a switch flight. But in case of a switch Flight event is the responsibility of the Airline, but please, note that a flight described on your flight ticket as "direct" will not necessarily be non-stop. A flight that is described as direct is one where there is no need to change aircraft during the journey.
    9. One Stop Flights

      "One Stop" Flight is transit at one place from your departure destination to your arrival destination. Airpaz provide "one stop" Flight option for one or differ airline. For "one stop" flights , you will be given 2 booking. You have to collect your baggage and go through check-in again when you are taking 2 different flights to get to your final destination and stopping at a transit station. For International flights, you need to going through immigration processing. It is important that you fully understand before that the risks of purchase "one-stop" flights. The planned delay or cancellation of one flight segment causes You to miss your connection flight, is completely yours and not responsibility of Airpaz.com
    10. Return Flight

      Any changes or cancellation Flight from one of your flight ( either departure or return flight ) are subject to refunds policy by each airlines. If departure flight and return flight booking are different airlines, refund request will be treated as separated booking and subject to the airlines policy.
    11. Pregnancy and children

      Some airlines refuse to carry women who will be 28 weeks or more pregnant on the date of return travel. Please check with the airline concerned as their rules may vary and also consult your doctor. Infants must be 6 weeks old or more to travel by air and must either sit on an adult's lap or occupy an infant seat. Please contact the airline you are travelling with for details of appropriate seats. Generally children aged 2 years or more must occupy a seat. A child must be under 2 years of age on the date of their return flight to be entitled to the infant fare level which is usually 10% of the International Air Transport Association's (or IATA's) published fare
    12. Booking Failed

      If you booked for return flight or one stop flight, then only one way flight is booked, airpaz will notify you real time in pop up that only one way is success booked. You can continue payment if you agree only one way with same price or price changed. Price changed will be notified real time also. Please read again your final reservation before continue payments. Once payment was success, it means you had agree for only one way flight.
    1. You should ensure that you travel with your booking confirmations, e-tickets and any other travel documentation (including your passport and relevant visa) at all times. We will not be liable should any Supplier not provide you with the booked product or service if you do not produce such documentation. You are responsible for obtaining and must possess and have available for presentation as required by the relevant authorities all entry and exit, health and other documents required by law, regulations, order, demands or requirements of the countries flown from, into or over
