This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property is exclusively for families. The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. Strict house rules are enforced to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Prohibited activities include loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. Guests found in violation of these rules, causing disturbances or smoking, will be asked to leave without a refund and may face fines and fees for damages. Guests are required to pay a damage deposit (800 EUR) prior to check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card within 30 days of check-out, depending on your bank's processing times, provided an inspection finds no damage to the property. Once the booking is confirmed, we will email further details regarding the self-check-in process. Please note that any check-ins after 19:00 on the arrival day must be confirmed with the property beforehand. Without confirmation, late check-ins may not be guaranteed. Additional fees apply for late check-in from 19:00 to 21:59 (50) and from 22:00 onward (90), payable in local currency upon arrival. Guests are required to submit a copy of their identification (passport, driving license, or ID) prior to arrival and to pay the damage deposit. he same card used to make the booking must be presented for verification reasons. Upon receipt of these, we will provide the self-check-in instructions. Please notify us in advance if you require a baby cot or high chair during your stay.
