You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
