The airline provides the passengers with a cabin baggage allowance of 7 kg and maximum size of 20 cm x 30 cm x 40 cm (L x W x H). The fare does not include checked baggage allowance. History

Throughout its journey, Spring Airlines continued to innovate its business by establishing a worthwhile and pleasant service for their loyal customers. This airline was first commenced on 18-07-2005. The first ever flight route was Shanghai (PVG) - Yantai (YNT) using Airbus A320. Spring Airlines has been awarded No.1 among Chinese mainland airlines in OAG's on-time performance report of 2017.

For female flight attendants, they wear white shirt, pine vest and yellow scarf with pine skirt.
