Ruili Airlines (DR) is a low cost carrier airline operating domestic & international routes. The airline gives the passenger with a cabin baggage allowance of 5 kg and maximum size of 20 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm (L x W x H). The domestic route flight ticket fare also includes checked baggage allowance of 20 kg. Passenger can start checking in at the airport 120 minutes before the departure time. There is no option to check in online with the airline.
