Introduction

FireFly (FY) is a low cost carrier airline flying to domestic & international routes. The airline provides the passengers with a cabin baggage allowance of 7 kg and maximum dimension of 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm (L x W x H). The international route flight ticket fare includes checked baggage allowance of 10 kg while the domestic route fare also includes free checked baggage allowance of 10 kg. Passenger can check in at the airport 90 minutes prior to the departure time. Check in online is available for flights with the airline on FireFly official website. It can be done 14 days prior to scheduled departure time.

Flight Attendant

FireFly cabin crew wears a uniform that is dominated by orange, grey, white. For male flight attendants, they wear white shirt with list orange, grey vest and grey trousers. For female flight attendants, they wear orange dress with white belt and orange skirt, orange shoes. The design itself represents FireFly sense of purpose to create the best service to their passengers throughout the flight.

Web Check-in

Through the official website of FireFly, passengers can do web check in. To do so, click here to go to the airline’s check-in page. Online check-in page can be done 14 days prior to scheduled departure time.

Airport Check-in

Check-in counters for FireFly opens 90 minutes before the scheduled departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

FireFly allows kiosk check-in services for the passengers, that could be accessed at the departure city airport depending on the availability. For further information on this service, contact the airline customer service. The check in time is 24 hours prior to the flight departure time.

App Check-in
