Introduction

Vietravel Airlines (VU) is a low cost carrier airline flying to domestic & international routes. The airline provides the passenger with a cabin baggage allowance of 7 kg and maximum size of 36 cm x 23 cm x 56 cm (L x W x H). The flight ticket fare does not include free checked baggage allowance. Passenger can start checking in at the airport 180 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time. There is no option to check in online with this airline.

History

Vietravel Airlines which operates with IATA (VU) and ICAO (VAG) was first established in 2019. The airline runs under the management of Viet Nam Travel Airlines JSC. Over time, Vietravel Airlines always tries its best to become one of the promising airlines in the future. This airline started its operation on 07-01-2021. Vietravel Airlines has won Top 5 "Best Travel Experience Airlines in the World" by Skytrax.

Flight Attendant

Vietravel Airlines cabin crew wears a uniform that is dominated by blue & yellow. For male flight attendants, they wear blue suit, white shirt, yellow tie and blue pants. For female flight attendants, they wear blue blazer, yellow dress, yellow scarf and brown stocking. Besides a perfectly designed uniform, Vietravel Airlines cabin crew always committed to exceed their passengers’ expectations by delivering excellent flight services.

Baggage

Web Check-in

Through the official website of Vietravel Airlines, passengers can check in online. To do so, click here to go to the airline’s check-in page. Web check-in page can be done 1 days prior to scheduled departure time.

Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the Vietravel Airlines check-in counters 180 minutes prior to the flight departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

This service is not available for passengers flying with Vietravel Airlines.

App Check-in

Vietravel Airlines does not support app check in services for the passengers.
