Introduction

MYAirline (Z9) is a low cost carrier airline operating domestic routes. The airline gives the passenger with a cabin baggage allowance of 7 kg and maximum dimension of 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm (L x W x H). The ticket fare does not include free checked baggage allowance. Passengers can start checking in at the airport 120 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time. Online check in is possible for flight with the airline on MYAirline official website page. It can be done 3 days prior to departure time.

Fill in the contact information and passenger details on the booking page. 5. Process your payment through the selected method. 6. Get your MYAirline flight e-ticket in the My Booking page, or in your registered email.

The airline serves flights to destination cities all over the world with its main hub located in Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL). MYAirline Sdn. Bhd. is the owner of the trade name MYAirline. The leader of the company is Rayner Teo. The head office for the airline is located in Malaysia.

History

MYAirline which operates with IATA (Z9) and ICAO (MYM) is managed by MYAirline Sdn. Bhd.. The airline was established in 2021. During the year of its establishment, MYAirline has grown steadily and keep offering a credible service for their passengers. This airline was first flown on 01-12-2022. The first ever flight route was Kuala Lumpur - Kuching, Kuala Lumpur - Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur - Langkawi using Airbus A320-200.

Flight Attendant

MYAirline cabin crew wears a uniform in red. For male flight attendants, they wear white shirt with black tie and red jacket with black trousers. For female flight attendants, they wear red shirt with red blazer and black trousers. This uniform was designed perfectly, making the crew look more refined.

Baggage

Web Check-in

Through the official website of MYAirline, passengers can check in online. To do so, click here to go to the airline’s check-in page. Online check-in can be done 3 days prior to scheduled departure time.

Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the MYAirline check-in counters 120 minutes before the departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

MYAirline does not support kiosk check in services for the passengers.

App Check-in

App check in service is not available for passengers of MYAirline.
