Please inform Alona Gecko Inn in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of PHP 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the following house rules: 1. The use of towels outside the resorts is not allowed. Towels exclusively for outside use can be provided upon request. Beach towels are offered for rent at PHP 50 per change. 2. Washing clothes in the bathroom and cooking in the room or on the terrace are not allowed. 3. Smoking inside the room is strictly not allowed. 4. Visits from friends and relatives are not permitted from 20:00. 5. Night silence starts from 22:00. 6. PHP 100 will be charged per hour for late check out. 7. Guests are required to replace the towels and bedding if they contaminate them with henna.

Children and Extra Beds Policy
Children ages 3 and older are allowed. Children from 3 years old to 9 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 10 years old and over stay for ₱ 300 per person per night when using an available extra bed. No cots are available. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
