Manila is about 3 hours' drive away, while Clark International Airport is accessible within a 2-hour drive. The house is a traditional Filipino hut constructed with native materials. It consists of a kitchen equipped with a fridge, and a covered terrace with ceiling fan and wooden benches. The open-concept bathroom comes with a sink, toilet and running cold water. Located within the Bataan Province in Central Luzon, the property offers free parking space for guests with their own vehicles. Airport transfers and transport arrangements can also be made upon request. While there are no shops and restaurants within the vicinity, guests can take a 10-minute drive to the nearest local market and beach clubs.
