The Villa Hacienda is a 5-minute drive to Thongsala Pier and a 15-minute drive to Rin Beach, home of the famous Full Moon Party. Fitted with modern Thai furnishings, the spacious air-conditioned villa is equipped with a seating area, a kitchenette and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. An en suite bathroom features shower facilities and a bathtub equipped with a spa bath. Staff can arrange a relaxing session of massages for guests. The property has luggage storage and laundry services. Free public parking is possible on site. Local seafood restaurants are located within a 10-minute drive from the property.

Please inform The Villa Hacienda in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of THB 20000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that room rates do not include fees for electricity, Guests will be charged THB 8 per electrical unit for electricity. Please be informed of the following villa capacity details: - Reservations for 1-2 persons will have access to 1 bedroom - Reservations for 3-4 persons will have access to 2 bedrooms - Reservations for 5-6 persons will have access to 3 bedrooms - Reservations for 7-8 persons will have access to 4 bedrooms.A pre-payment deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation.
