All children are welcome. Up to two children under 16 years are charged USD 25 per night when using existing beds. Up to two older children or adults are charged USD 25 per night for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 8. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

A security deposit of USD 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. The hotel reserves the right to charge a Refundable Security Deposit in the amount of 300USD which will be used toward any damages that might occur to the Property. 50% of the cost of the booking will be charged at the time of booking, 50% of the booking will be charged at least 60 days prior to arrival. This is a private property within the Famous Shadow Mountain Golf Resort, which is a separate entity. Therefore, the main figure-8 Pool is NOT available for visitors. It is for Shadow Mountain Club Members only! The property welcomes pets (dogs and cats) with a prior acceptance and a small pet fee. The property manager will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
