Treetop Apartment in the Heart of MPLS

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guest agrees to sign and abide by Renter Agreement provided by Owner and to provide Owner with a copy of their government-issued ID and supporting photo within 3 days after booking is made, or within 24 hours of their stay, whichever is soonest. Failure to sign Renters Agreement and provide government-issued ID and supporting photo will result in Owners cancelation of reservation in accordance with the cancelation policy. Residents of the state of Illinois will be required to provide an additional security deposit and or documentation at the request of Owner and sign an additional Renter Agreement Addendum within 3 days after booking is made, or within 24 hours of their stay, whichever is soonest, or their reservation may be subject to cancelation by Owner in accordance with the cancelation policy.
