Can I request a refund online?

Yes,  you can  request a refund online, If only the airlines allow you to cancel your itinerary.  But, you need to know that some of airlines doesn't allow to cancel the ticket and you will not get the refund.

​What about if the airlines cancel my flight?

If for some reasons such us mountain eruption or other reason, your flight booking should been canceled , we will make every attempt to notify you of the changes via email or phone, prior to departure. The airlines will be offered the option to change the flight  to cancel the flight but you receive a full refund.

​When will I get the Boarding Pass?

You need to know that we not issued the Boarding Pass after you buy the ticket. Boarding Pass will be issued by the airlines after you check-in by online on airlines website or when you arrive at the counter of the airport for check -in. If you check-in by online, the airlines will sent you the boarding pass, and you need to print out.

​What does Airpaz Code means?

Airpaz Code is the code  was issued by us when you hold your booking for a several time  to record the database of a Computer Reservation System (CSR) that contains the itinerary for a passenger or group of passenger travelling together. The Book Code will help you to view your itinerary when you hold it.

​How can I book ?

All you need is internet connection, credit/Debit card and bank transfer. Select the required day and number of passengers on the booking page. Then the system will be shown all the available flight corresponding to your requirements along with fares and tarrif. Follow the instruction step by step to complete your booking. At the end of the booking you need to submit the payment and to you will be given the booking reference and please printout the ticket. You need to give this booking reference at the check  - in desk in order to recieive your boarding ticket.

​Can I book my child or my infant on my reservation? How?

Yes, you can book the reservation with infant  (< 2 years) who travelling with parent's lap. But for children over 2 years, you can be easly booked at with separate seat with parents. Make sure that children under 12 years are booked under the reservation of the acompanying person with the same booking code.

​How long will it take the to process my refund?

 All refund requests are subject to the rules of the ticketed fare, and fees or penalties may apply to your refund. Your itinerary will be cancelled at the time the refund is processed.

For credit card purchases, we generally transmit our credit instructions to the credit card processing company within one business day of the date the refund is processed. The process of refund maybe take up 1 weeks work day.

After the process of refund was complete, we will give a voucher to you for the next  ticket purchase on

​I want to changes my flight arrangement, what should I do?

You may changes your flight arrangement at any time, Send your request by e-mail and manage booking on our website [Click here]. We let you know the procedures for the required, Or you may contact the airlines directly, there are some fee will charged to you for the reschedule.

I purchase refund flight on but one of flight are cancel my flight, can I request refund for all flight?

Any changes or cancellation Flight from one of your flight ( either departure or return flight ) are subject to refunds policy by each airlines.  If departure flight and return flight booking are different airlines,  refund request will be treated as separated booking and subject to the airlines policy
