The Ferienwohnungen Unterluimes are quietly located in the small village of Luimes, 2 km from the Schlick 2000 ski resort. It features a nice garden and free Wi-Fi.
Many hiking and biking paths can be found in the surroundings. Telfes in the Stubai Valley is 1 km and Innsbruck is 20 km away. A stop of the free bus is only 200 metres from the guest house.
All Unterluimes studios and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette including a dishwasher and feature a satellite TV and a CD player. Bed linen and towels are included in the rates.
There is a sauna and an infra-red cabin, as well as a ping-pong table and a barbecue area in the garden. For children there are a sandbox, a swing, a slide, a trampoline and enough space to play in the garden.
