Les Balcons is located in the Val Thorens Ski Resort with access to the ski slopes just behind the chalet. Guests can walk to the ski resort centre in just 10 minutes or take the free shuttle. Les Balcons is decorated in a chalet style with wood-panelled walls. It features a balcony with views of the mountains and the Val Thorens Ski Resort. Guests can relax in the living area with a flat-screen TV. Guests can prepare homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them in the dining area. Shops, restaurants, and a supermarket can be found in the village centre. The Moutiers Train Station is 38 km away. Public parking is available at a location nearby, and charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Balcons Appartements Val Thorens Immobilier in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can choose to bring their own or rent them at the nearby laundry. Please note that the ski station's WiFi is available for an extra fee. If you wish to buy a connection, please contact the local tourism board "Maison de Val Thorens”. Cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens. It is mandatory for all visitors to pay to park outside the resort during their stay.
