This spacious and modern apartment is right next to the Wolfseck Ski Lift and the slopes of the Niederthai Ski Area. The south-facing terrace offers panoramic views of the Ötztal Alps. A cross-country ski run is right outside. Apart Raphael includes 2 bedrooms, a living room with satellite TV, a kitchen with a dining area, and 2 bathrooms. Underfloor heating is available. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning. The garden includes a children’s playground, barbecue facilities, and a sun terrace. A ski storage room and free private parking are available at the Raphael Apart. Guests can have breakfast at the restaurant next door, which also offers internet access. A ski rental and ski school are 500 metres away, and a toboggan run is 300 metres from the apartment. The scenic Stuiben Waterfall can be reached in a 5-minute drive. From 1 December 2016 to 30 April 2017 the Niederthai Card is included in the price offering free use of all lifts, cross-country skiing tracks, sledge tracks, a Stuibenfall lantern hike, a cross-country skiing lesson, biathlon once per person and the use of the public ski bus.
