Vietravel Airlines

Introduction

Vietravel Airlines (VU) is a low cost carrier airline operating domestic & international routes. The airline gives the passengers with a cabin baggage allowance of 7 kg and maximum size of 36 cm x 23 cm x 56 cm (L x W x H). The ticket fare does not include checked baggage allowance. Passenger can check in at the airport 180 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time. There is no option to check in online with the airline.

Vietravel Airlines which operates with IATA (VU) and ICAO (VAG) was first established in 2019. The airline is managed by Viet Nam Travel Airlines JSC. Throughout its journey, Vietravel Airlines strives to satisfy their loyal customers through the services it provides. This airline was first flown on 07-01-2021. Vietravel Airlines has won Top 5 "Best Travel Experience Airlines in the World" by Skytrax.

Flight Attendant

Vietravel Airlines cabin crew wears a uniform that is dominated by blue & yellow. For male flight attendants, they wear blue suit, white shirt, yellow tie and blue pants. For female flight attendants, they wear blue blazer, yellow dress, yellow scarf with brown stocking. The design itself was beautifully laid out, making the crew look more dashing.

Baggage

Web Check-in

Passengers can do web check in through the official website of Vietravel Airlines. To do so, click here to go to the airline’s check-in page. Online check-in page can be done 1 days prior to scheduled departure time.

Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the Vietravel Airlines check-in counters 180 minutes before the scheduled departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

This service is not available for passengers flying with Vietravel Airlines.

App Check-in

Vietravel Airlines does not support app check in services for the passengers.
