It offers a sauna, free WiFi, and free private parking. The spacious apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, cable TV, and a bathroom. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning. Guests of the Steiner Appartements can use a ski storage room, a ski boot dryer, a general laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer free of charge. Guests staying a minimum of 7 nights receive a voucher booklet. In summer, a garden can be used for relaxing. A restaurant, a ski school, and a ski rental are right next to the property and offer discounts for guests. The local public indoor swimming pool and an indoor ice rink are both just 100 metres away. Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course can be reached in a 9-minute drive and offers reduced green fees to guests.
