Lagrange Vacances Le Phalène is set just 30 metres from the beach in the town of Saint-Palais-sur-Mer. It offers fully-equipped studio accommodation and free parking.
Each studio has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave. The lounge area in each studio features a sofa bed and a balcony or a terrace.
The residence is composed of 2 small buildings with 2 to 3 floors and no elevator as well as a house overlooking the beach. Guests have access to a coin laundry.
Lagrange Vacances Le Phalène is 6 km from the seaside resort of Royan with access to its beaches, the Notre-Dame church and the Jardins de monde.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Water and electricity charges are according to the meter reading or based on a flat fee. In July and August, they are included in the rates.

Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.
For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out.
You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 8 per person for bed linen - EUR 8 per person for towels
Please note that TV is available at an extra cost of EUR 29 the 1st week and EUR 15 per additionnal week. This is subject to availability and upon prior request during the reservation process.
