Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that bed linen, bath towels and final cleaning are not included in the booking price. It is possible to rent them on site. Sheets: 8 euros per single bed per stay, 15 euros for a double bed per stay. Towels: 10 euros (shower and face) per person per stay. Regarding cleaning, the details of the instructions will be communicated to you at the time of booking. A deposit of €100 will be requested upon handing over the keys. It will be returned upon departure after the inventory. During the winter period, the cost of electricity is not included in the booking price.
