Modern apartment in Chatel with fantastic views

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 200 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Price includes: heating, electricity, water, WiFi, snow clearance of the communal drive way & parking spaces (subject to spaces being empty when snow plough arrives), and cleaning of communal areas in the building. Not included: bed linen (sheet, duvet cover & pillowcase), towels and tea towels. There are no facilities for charging Electric Vehicles at our apartment. **THE APARTMENT BLOCK CANNOT COPE WITH THE POWER DEMAND** There are 2 public charging points in the centre of Châtel, and a TESLA charging point in Chapelle D'Abondance. As is the custom in France, you will need to clean the apartment before you leave and cleaning materials are provided. However, if you would prefer not to clean the apartment yourself on departure, I can arrange for my Agent in Châtel to do it at a cost of 75 euros. Please let me know and I will endeavour to arrange cleaning, but it may not be possible for peak periods if insufficient notice is given. The cleaning charge can be deducted from the security deposit. If you decide to clean it yourself, we reserves the right to deduct a cleaning charge from the security deposit if it has not been done satisfactorily.
