This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Once the booking is confirmed, we will require a copy of the guest's ID along with a selfie photo while holding it. A valid credit card is necessary for the damage deposit bond, which will be authorized 2-3 days before your arrival. Kindly acknowledge and sign the terms and conditions before your arrival. Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your booking. Please note that the property can only accommodate guests aged 25 or older unless accompanied by an adult over 25. Additionally, there is a non-refundable 3.5% credit card fee for any payment made using a credit card. The booking deposit will be charged immediately after booking. Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We appreciate your booking and look forward to hosting your stay. The property is across from the school, please expect some noise and extra traffic upon school pick up around 3pm. Disruptive and potential loud works will be occurring from the above apartment between late Feb - start of July. The price has reflected this inconvenience.
