Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 7 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 7 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 8 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 9 years old to 12 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform IM On Ameijeira in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. As a result of Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has temporarily suspended its shuttle services. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in subject to property confirmation and an additional fee is always applied: - Check-In between 20:00 and 21:00 - 35 €; - Check-In between 21:00 and 00:00 - 35 € + 10 € extra per hour after 20:00; - Check-In after 00:00 is not possible. Pets are welcome in the apartment upon request. A fee from 7,5€ to 15€ is added per pet, per night (max of 2 pets).
