Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for AUD 10 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 3 years old and over stay for AUD 45 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please be advised that there is nearby construction commencing 18/08/2023 on the eastern side of the building. This is not within our property however we would like to make you aware of possible noise during the construction period. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please note that a mid-week housekeeping service is only offered for stays of 9 or more nights. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual ‘Schoolies Week’ period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. The accommodation at Ultra Broadbeach is self-contained and unserviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps; laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay. Please note that all Visa and Mastercard payments will now incur a surcharge of 1.5% and 3% for all Amex bookings.
