You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals between 19 and 20, EUR 35 between 20 and 22, EUR 45 between 22 and 24. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that there is no elevator access to the third floor.
