You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 19:00. Check-in after 17:00 and check-out is possible until 11:00 for cleaning services. For late check-in, please contact the property in advance at least 24:00, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation or in the Special Requests box during the booking process. The late check-in will cost 20 EUR from 19:00 to 21:00, and 30 EUR from 21:00 to 24:00. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of 300 EUR is required upon arrival and will be charged by credit card or cash. Refunds should be made within 7 days of check-out if no damages or occurrences are made to the apartment. For all stays longer than one week, towels are changed once a week. Change of sheets will be done once every 10 days, except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. A baby cot is available from June to September at an extra cost of 5 EUR. The baby cot is free for the rest of the year. Pets are not allowed. The apartments may not exceed the capacity indicated in the booking.
