I want to cancel my flight, can I transfer my ticket to another person?
No, you can't. The ticket can not be transfer to another person. But if you want to cancel your flight, you may contact the airlines directly . Most the ticket are non refunable and most the airlines impose fee for changing or cancelation the ticket.
What about if the airlines cancel my flight?
If for some reasons such us mountain eruption or other reason, your flight booking should been canceled , we will make every attempt to notify you of the changes via email or phone, prior to departure. The airlines will be offered the option to change the flight to cancel the flight but you receive a full refund.
How long does it take to process my refund?
The process of refund can vary for each reservation depending on the policy of the airline and it take time about 14 -30 days (working day), but Airpaz efforts persistently to process your refund as quickly. Airpaz will give the refund in form of Voucher, you can use the voucher for the next purchase at the Airpaz and we will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.
My depart flights was canceled by airlines, can I get full refund for my return flight?

I didn't receive booking code after complete the payment, what should i do?
All reservation can be check online using Manage Booking tools [Click here] , successful booking and payment will receive email and sms itinerary.To prevent double booking ( 2 booking with same details ) please make sure to check booking status before proceed to re-book.All Double booking or duplicate reservation refund policy are subject to airlines refund policy.
I bought e-ticket for round trips with diff arilines, one of them canceled my flights, can i get refund for all my ticket?
Any changes or cancellations from one flight (one way or round trips) subject to the regulations of each airline. For flight with combine two airlines, refund will process separately.
I purchase refund flight on but one of flight are cancel my flight, can I request refund for all flight?
