This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Smartflats - EU Commission in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. There is no reception on site. We operate self check-in and have a call centre available 24/7. We clean before and after your stay. In the meantime, this is your home. Take care of it. We do not change towels or sheets during your stay, unless your stay exceeds 5 nights. You can request additional cleaning for an additional fee (18-54€ depending on the type of flat). This is a non-smoking accommodation. Parties/events are not permitted. Guests should avoid making noise between 23:00 and 07:00. Pets are not allowed in the property. A lift is available in the building. We can therefore accept people with reduced mobility.
