The residence features 72 split-level houses and 10 apartments situated either on the ground floor or first floor. They are just 500 metres from the sea. WiFi and a TV are available in the rooms at an extra charge. Free parking is available on site. All of the accommodation is equipped with a lounge with sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen area with ceramic hobs, and a terrace or balcony with garden furniture.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Wed 22 Feb 2023 until Fri 07 Apr 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Guests requiring accommodation adapted for reduced mobility are asked to contact the property after booking. For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. If guests don’t clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes, extra fees will be charged. City tax must be paid at the property. Swimwear or swimming trunks (shorts forbidden) is mandatory for access to the pool. Swimming pool is open everyday from 10 am to 19 pm
