You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there is a 1.5% debit card and credit card surcharge for all payments. In response to a rise in fraudulent bookings, we require our guests to check in by presenting their photo ID along with the card used for original payment. You will collect keys and complete your check-in at the Wow Stay office, located at the Circle on Cavill building, 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise.
