For more active guests, water sport facilities are available at the organised bay of Nea Golden Beach, 150 metres away. Golden Beach also offers these activities, just 250 metres away. The island of Paros is known internationally for its surfing conditions, with the Paros Surf Club having organised the annual PWA Paros Grand Prix since 1993. Surfing and scuba diving instructors can be found on the organised beaches.
