Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 13 years old to 17 years old stay for THB 200 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 11 years old stay for THB 200 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 12 years old and over stay for THB 1,800 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 15000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property requires prepayment via bank transfer or PayPal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the bank account or PayPal account details of the property. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. Please be informed of the following room capacity details: - Reservations for 2 persons will have access to 1 bedroom. - Reservations for 6 persons will have access to 3 bedrooms.
