A damage deposit of CHF 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the keys need to be picked up until 17:00 at the agency. In case you need to check in after 17:00, please inform the agency in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. Please note that only 1 parking space per apartment is included in the room rate.
