You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries the following extra charges: - From 20:00 to 22:00 EUR 20; - From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 30; - After 00:00 EUR 40. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for at the following additional charge: EUR 10 per towel per person; EUR 10 per bed linen for a single bed; EUR 15 per bed linen for a double bed. Optional air conditioning: 100€ / week During short weekend stays, the 48-hour rule is respected, meaning the time chosen for check-in will be the same as the time chosen for check-out.
