This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Any and all deposit deductions will incur a £50 administrative fee, on top of the cost to replace like-for-like any missing or damaged items, plus 3.9% payment processor fee. Early check-in (if available) is an extra £35 and needs to be requested in good time prior to arrival. There is CCTV outside of the property. Any attempts to disconnect or obscure it will result in terminating the booking and immediate vacating of the property. ID and security deposit of GBP400 required prior to providing check-in details. Late check-out fee (60 min after check-out time) is half the cost of the previous night. Check-out time will be measured as the time when the key is returned to its collection point. Delays of more than 120min will incur one extra night charge. Two towels per guest are provided as part of the booking, extra towels used are charged at £5 per towel.
