If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, please email an authorisation letter with the cardholder's signature directly to the resort prior to your arrival. If you do not have a valid credit card, please note that your booking will be put on the "Standby Status List." You can then check for verification through phone or email. You may also get your reservation confirmed by transferring 20% of the booking rate to the resort. The resort will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. To locate the property, please follow the direction signs on Highway 55 which lead to Casino Grand in Ho Tram Strip. At Song Ray Bridge, turn right and travel straight for about 500 metres. The property is located on the right of the road junction of Vietso Petro Resort. Guests who require further information on how to locate the property can call the hotel directly on the number provided on your booking confirmation.
