Children older than 2 years are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for extra beds. There is no capacity for cots in the room. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Rodeo Drive Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. After booking guests will receive an email from DocuSign with the subject: "Please DocuSign Vega Management Booking Agreement." Within that email is the official rental agreement and credit card authorization form. The property needs guests to complete this documentation and send a copy of their id within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be at risk for cancellation. **Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.** Please note: Late check-ins after 21:00 Monday - Sunday and on special holidays incur a late check-in fee. Please contact property for details. A security deposit in USD is required upon signature of above mentioned documents for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
