A sweeping staircase leads from a covered terrace down to the garden. The villa enjoys several outdoor seating and dining areas, one on the sun terrace by the pool, and another by the BBQ area. Featuring a fireplace, the living area includes a dining table and TV. There is an equipped kitchen, and a utility room with washing machine. This villa comes with 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Set in a residential area, Villa Senia is a 10-minute walk from shops, restaurants and bars in Platja de l'Arenal. Montgó Nature Reserve is a 15-minute drive from the villa. Dénia is 15 km away.

There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: AVENIDA REY JUAN CARLOS I nº 18, 03730 JAVEA. Please inform Villa Senia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A portable air conditioner is available for an extra cost of EUR 98 per week. Late check-in after 19:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 30. Please note that bed linen and towels can be hired for EUR 12 per person/stay. Mobile 3G internet via USB is available for an extra cost of EUR 36 per week.
