A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that parties are not allowed in the property. Please note that late check-in after 00:00 carries a EUR 50 surcharge. Please note that there is an extra charge for heating of EUR 10,00 per night.
