Set in 4 acres of Devonshire countryside, The Stable - The Cottages at Blackadon Farm is located less than 3 miles from Ivybridge. The property was fully refurbished in December 2019 and offers stunning views across South Devon, free parking and free Wi-Fi access in all areas. The accommodation will provide you with a flat-screen smart TV, living room and dining area. There is a full kitchen with oven, dishwasher and a refrigerator. The bathroom features a shower. At The Stable - The Cottages at Blackadon Farm you can walk straight onto Dartmoor and we're just a few miles from some of Britains' best coastline. Guests are welcome to mingle with our resident miniature donkeys. Exeter city centre and Exeter International Airport are 40 minutes drive away, and Plymouth is 15 minutes' drive away.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for £10 per person per night when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for £25 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You are kindly requested to inform the property in advance about your estimated arrival time. You will be able to insert this information in the section Special Requests at the time of booking or you can contact the property directly. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please inform the property in advance. After a booking is made, you will receive an email from the property with further instructions regarding the payment procedures and the key collection. Final cleaning fees are included in the price. Dogs are welcome for an additional supplement of GBP 25, payable upon arrival. Please note that dog are not allowed on the furniture.
