In case you need to apply for a visa before travelling, the confirmation will be forwarded to the appropriate consulate. Please note that the appropriate consulate will also be informed upon the cancellation of your reservation. Please note that in case the card holder name does not match the guest name, a third party authorization form is required. The copy of the signed credit card is also required for the final confirmation. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
