All children are welcome. One child or adult is charged EUR 9 per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 9. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Calle Corbeta 5, 03710 Calpe. Please inform Villa Eike in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Out of the office shift, Sundays and public Holidays, key collection will be done in: Gasolinera REPSOL 24/7, L'Esport 2, 03710, Calpe The pending amount should be pay at the following working day in the office. Please note that on Sundays and public holidays damage inspections are not carried out. Guests checking out on Sundays or public holidays will receive the damage deposit refund 48 hours after check out. For an extra cost of EUR 30, damage inspections and damage deposit refunds can be done on Sundays and public holidays. Please note that for a full refund of your security deposit you must leave the accommodation in acceptable conditions, throw out the trash and leave the kitchenware clean.
