No refunds will be made. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. All hotel rooms are strictly non-smoking. Any guests found to be violating this rule will be charged a penalty of GBP 100 per day. Please note full payment is due on arrival. The card used for the booking needs to be presented on arrival for non-refundable rates. Council car park is available across the road free of charge between 18:00 until 08:00 in the morning. Please note that vehicles parked in the on-site car park must be registered on the tablet provided at reception.
