It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of PHP 10000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Booking Registration is required for all guests before the host can endorse onsite for SELF CHECK IN. A copy of valid ID's for all guests along with proof of transaction for security deposit is required to register. Reservation will not be accommodated for all guests who failed to register the booking in advance. Note that this cannot be done onsite as rooms in Forest Lodge are privately owned.
