Set in pretty gardens with a sun terrace an an outdoor swimming pool, Es Norai 18 is located within a 5-minute walk of Son Moll and Sa Pedruscada beaches in Mallorca. The spacious holiday home has free Wi-Fi. The stylish living room has a flat-screen satellite TV, large sofa and a fireplace. The separate dining room features a table for 6 people. An oven, toaster and microwave are included in the kitchen, and the villa also has a washing machine. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with garden views or direct access to the garden, and 2 bathrooms. The swimming pool has an electrolysis saline chlorination system, preventing sore eyes and dermatitis produced by traditional chlorination. Guests can request additional security pool fences for babies. You can find several 18-hole golf courses within a 10-minute drive of the house. Cala Ratjada offers restaurants and shops, 1 km away. Capdepera’s medieval centre is 2 km from the house. Es Norai 18 has a private garage and the property can organize car and bike rental for guests. Services such as daily cleaning, a babysitter and massages are also available, for an extra cost.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A refundable deposit of EUR 250, payable in cash, will be collected upon check-in for incidental charges. Please note that for stays of 5 nights or less, a 5% surcharge per night will be charged. Key collection takes place at the villa, please let Es Norai know your expected arrival time in advance.
