Wings Air Cabin Baggage Allowance
Wings Air passengers can carry one piece of luggage that weigh maximum 7kg, and maximum dimension of 40cm x 30cm x 20cm. And just like other airlines under the Lion Group, passengers are who are depended on mobility devices also allowed to bring devices such as crutches, cane, and a fully collapsible wheelchair on board.
Due to the limited space in the overhead storage, cabin baggage is subject to availability. However, there is also a restricted storage space under the front seat. If there is no space in the aircraft to store the cabin baggage, you will have to remove and load them in the baggage as per the safety regulations.
If the luggage weigh more than 7kg, it will be listed as excess/extra baggage which will be charged with extra fee depending on the weight and dimension of the item. FOr further information, directly contact the airline through the Customer Service call center, or email.
Checked Baggage Allowance of Wings Air
Following the baggage allowance policy change in 2019, passengers flying with Wings Air in domestic Indonesia routes are no longer given checked baggage allowance. For the complete information, check the table below.

Check In Counter
Check-in counters are available 2 hours prior to departure - 45 minutes before departure. About boarding gate closes 15 minutes before the plane took off.
Web check-in is available 24 hours before departure - 4 hours before departure. Boarding gates will close 15 minutes before the plane took off.
The airline was established in 2003 and started operations on June 13, 2003. Shares are 100% owned by Lion Air. It operates domestic flights to all over Indonesia and two international flights to Malaysia. Two routes already operated are the Penang and Medan-Pekanbaru-Malaka.
