In the heart of Marbella, set within a short distance of Venus Beach and El Faro Beach, Edificio Ramiro offers free WiFi, air conditioning and household amenities such as a microwave and coffee machine. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The accommodation offers a lift, luggage storage space and organising tours for guests. The spacious apartment with a terrace and garden views has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. People 14 years old and over stay for € 70 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 50 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours between 7:00pm and 10:00pm.
