Within a 10 minute walk from Trinity Beach in Protaras, the split-level Avra Garden Villa features an outdoor pool and a furnished sun terrace. It comes with views over the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding area. Fitted with leather sofas, light-wooden furnishings and soft colours, the air-conditioned villa has 3 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen with seating and dining area, and 2 bathrooms. Facilities include a washing machine, microwave, flat-screen TV with local channels and DVD player. Guests can relax at the sun loungers by the pool or relax at the furnished balconies and enjoy the sea view. BBQ facilities are also available on site for al fresco dining. A children's playground and a safety pool net are also featured. WiFi can be provided free of charge. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that no loud or bachelor parties can be held in the property, unless guests contact the property in advance and come to an agreement.
