Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please provide your postcode at the time of booking. This is a self check-in property where guests can check-in at any time after 14:00. If guests lose the keys a call out fee of GBP 60 will be charged to provide keys. Call outs after 21:00 or out of hours are not possible. Smoking is not permitted at the property. Guests found violating this rule will be fined GBP 250 for cleaning costs.
